[fc-announce] One week left to register your papers for FC19!

Just one week left until the FC19 paper registration deadline!  As a
reminder, that's the date you have to have all the metadata for your
paper (title, authors, abstract, topics, conflicts, options, etc.)
uploaded to the submission system: https://submit19.ifca.ai/submit/

The submission deadline to upload the PDF paper itself will be a little
later, to be determined according to the procedure in the CFP:
https://fc19.ifca.ai/cfp.html#deadline

If you are social-media enabled, and so inclined, please do spread the
