ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Financial Cryptography and Data Security is a major international
forum for research, advanced development, education, exploration, and
debate regarding information assurance, with a specific focus on
commercial contexts. The conference covers all aspects of securing
transactions and systems.
The goal of the conference is to bring security and cryptography
researchers and practitioners together with economists, bankers,
implementers and policy-makers. Intimate and colourful by tradition,
the FC program features invited talks, academic presentations,
technical demonstrations and panel discussions.

VIRTUAL EVENT
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to hold the conference in
Grenada as previously announced. We have instead arranged an online
combination of prerecorded video presentations and live sessions
consisting of shorter presentations with Q&A, invited presentations,
rump session, general meeting, and some social/networking events.
**********************************************************************
INVITED SPEAKERS
The program includes a fireside chat with SEC Commissioner Hester
Peirce (moderated by Zaki Manian), and a keynote by Whitfield Diffie.
**********************************************************************
RUMP SESSION
FC21 will also include the popular "rump session" of short, informal
presentations on works in progress, off-the-cuff ideas, and any other
pertinent topics. Any attendee is welcome to submit a presentation.
See https://fc21.ifca.ai/rumpsession.php for further details.
**********************************************************************
SOCIAL/NETWORKING EVENTS
Access to the conference sessions will be via a portal that includes
rooms in which participants can gather and interact. These rooms will
remain open during the sessions and outside of conference hours, and
attendees are encouraged to meet up there when they are not following
a talk. Scheduled networking events will be held in these rooms (some
use may also be made of zoom breakout rooms during the breaks).
**********************************************************************
GENERAL MEETING
All participants are welcome to join the annual general meeting, at
which we will report on the status of the event and the organization,
present statistics related to submission and acceptance, and discuss
future planning. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and
contribute to the discussion.
**********************************************************************
TECHNICAL PROGRAM
We have assembled a vibrant program featuring technical presentations
of 50 full papers and 4 short papers, selected by rigorous peer review
from 223 submissions. For full details please visit
