ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Financial Cryptography and Data Security is a major international
forum for research, advanced development, education, exploration, and
debate regarding information assurance, with a specific focus on
commercial contexts.  The conference covers all aspects of securing
transactions and systems.

The goal of the conference is to bring security and cryptography
researchers and practitioners together with economists, bankers,
implementers and policy-makers.  Intimate and colourful by tradition,
the FC program features invited talks, academic presentations,
technical demonstrations and panel discussions.

of 39 full papers and 2 short papers, selected by rigorous peer review

WORKSHOPS

Four affiliated workshops will be held in conjunction with the
conference:

CoDecFin'23: 4th Workshop on Coordination of Decentralized Finance

DeFi'23: 3rd Workshop on Decentralized Finance

Voting'23: 8th Workshop on Advances in Secure Electronic Voting

WTSC'23: 7th Workshop on Trusted Smart Contracts

In addition there will be a tutorial on Constant Function Market
Makers.

The Blockchain Governance Initiative Network (BGIN) will hold its
Block #8 meeting in co-location with FC23, including a joint session

We are pleased to announce the availability of a limited number of
stipends for student participants to help defray the cost of
attendance.  The deadline for applications is March 17, 2023;
